Mentors are members of the community who have attained a level of experience to support mentees. Examples of levels of experience may include: university student, university graduate, employed member of society and more.

Mentors are expected to be good communicators, have interpersonal skills and will willingly commit to the program.

The following are the responsibilities of this role:

• Attending Mentor/ Mentee events and appointments

• Providing designated mentees with the support required

• Ask Manasã Team members for assistance when needed
